Rosa’s Thai Café brings the authentic, homely flavours of Thailand cooked to family recipes, to the UK in a modern style Bangkok cafe setting.
Rosa’s is a place where Thai food traditions are perfected and served in a space where everyone can feel at home.
Chef Saiphin’s life in Thailand, Hong Kong and eventually London has shaped the way our food is made and eaten. We recommend eating it ‘Thai style’ and ordering a big spread of food so everyone can try a little of everything. Get a few street snacks such as pork skewers or our hand-rolled spring rolls, as well as a noodle dish and curry to share. Our menu is inclusive of dietary requirements, to make sure everyone has a seat at our table.
All the dishes at Rosa’s have a special connection to Thailand, not just in their heritage, but the ingredients for many of our favourite dishes come straight from Thailand. Be it the creamiest coconut milk specially sourced from Phetchaburi, to curry pastes using fresh lemongrass from the market handmade by a small team in Trang, all our dishes are bursting with authentic Thai flavours.
Each dish at Rosa’s is a perfected version of the family recipes from the heart of Thailand. We bring all the classic dishes you'd expect from green curry, to chilli & basil stir fry as well as some Rosa’s specials such as our sweetcorn patties.
Our most popular dish is of course the Pad Thai, a sweet and salty noodle dish found on every street corner in Thailand. The crucial ingredient for a perfect Pad Thai is the tamarind sauce, and ours comes from co-founder Saiphin’s hometown of Khao Kho. Working directly with local farmers we make sure we're getting the best product for our customers, as well as cutting out the middleman and getting the best deal for the local community back in Thailand.
Our customers settle for nothing less than perfection and we wouldn't have it any other way. Everyone who walks through our doors is a member of our family, and in Thailand, family gets fed well.
During the covid-19 pandemic we continued to serve great food to those staying home with the help of Deliveroo, as well as supporting our front line workers by committing to donate 800 NHS meals each week. Today this number stands at over 15,000 meals since we started donating back in April.
Our teams have continuously gone above and beyond to support those who have worked to keep us safe and have placed themselves at the heart of their local communities.
Our food offers a taste of a home away from home. Transporting you back to the roaring beaches in Phuket, to late night market trips in Bangkok. We can't wait to share our food with you, sit back, crack open a Thai-PA and tuck in. Order here!
