Dubbed 'ramen royalty' by TimeOut and loved by the hard-to-please Jay Rayer and AA Gill, Shoryu is a total hit! The head chef Furakawa grew up in Hakata, the home of tonkotsu ramen – a slowly cooked, thick and rich pork soup that's now the menu highlight.
