    Our homemade buttermilk fried chicken breast with bacon and maple mayo, lettuce & tomato on a brioche bun. Served with a side of fries.

  • Half Rack Baby Back Ribsstar_filled

    Slow smoked baby back ribs coated with our BBQ glaze, finished on the chargrill. Served with a side of fries, mini-corn, frickles and 'slaw.

    Combo of sliced brisket, classic 'Boston Butt' pulled pork, hickory smoked quarter BBQ chicken and our speciality 'Burnt Ends'. Served with a large side of fries, mini-corn, frickles and 'slaw.
