    Our homemade buttermilk fried chicken breast with bacon and maple mayo, lettuce & tomato on a brioche bun. Served with a side of fries.

    Slow smoked baby back ribs coated with our BBQ glaze, finished on the chargrill. Served with a side of fries, mini-corn, frickles and 'slaw.

    A pile of our speciality 'Burnt Ends', chopped 12 hour smoked brisket sauced up and put back in the smoker for even longer.
