Tortilla, Europe’s largest fast-casual Mexican restaurant group, officially returns to Deliveroo today, marking the next phase of its delivery partnership strategy.
17th March 2026, UK: Tortilla, Europe’s largest fast-casual Mexican restaurant group, officially returns to Deliveroo today, marking the next phase of its delivery partnership strategy.
Following a brief hiatus, Tortilla has decided to rejoin the platform in order to meet customer demand for convenient access to its menu via leading delivery services. The brand is well known for its fresh ingredients, bold flavours and made-to-order Mexican food, and has built a loyal customer base across the UK.
The partnership will span 60 Tortilla restaurants across the UK, meaning customers from London, to Cardiff, Bath, and Liverpool will be able to get their hands on signature burritos, bowls, and salads, delivered to their front door in as little as 25 minutes. Customers can also enjoy the new Fuel-Good Bowls range - three new flavour-packed menu items, each designed with a specific nutritional focus, making it an easy and intuitive way for customers to find meals that match their lifestyle.
Tortilla is set to collaborate with Deliveroo on one of its key initiatives - Family Dinneroo - Deliveroo’s curated family-friendly, shareable meals for between up to four people, with the ability to customise to suit individual needs. These menus are available between 4.30pm and 6.30pm on Monday to Thursday, and are exclusive to the Deliveroo app, helping participating partners reach a new audience and unlock new growth opportunities for delivery outside of peak dining hours.
Rob Harris, Chief Revenue Office, Deliveroo said: "We are excited to welcome Tortilla back to Deliveroo and we look forward to helping them achieve their growth ambitions. It’s a partnership that’s about more than delivery, it’s about reaching new customers and building a loyal customer base together through innovative initiatives like Family Dinneroo and offering great value to Deliveroo Plus subscribers."
Brandon Stephens, CEO Tortilla Mexican Grill plc, said: “Delivery remains an important and complementary channel for Tortilla, and this new multiaggregator arrangement reflects our disciplined approach to accessing incremental demand while retaining operational and commercial control. We are pleased to be partnering with Deliveroo again, building on our existing relationship and leveraging their platform alongside other leading aggregators. This approach allows us to serve customers more conveniently, while ensuring delivery continues to support the long-term economics of the business.”
