Nihari is an indo-pak dish from the 17th century that originated in old Delhi during the Mughal era. Reserved for royal kitchens in the past, nihari is a delicacy, now found in many restaurants all around the world. This scrumptious stew-based cuisine emerges from the shank of sheep or goat, simmering in its bone marrow with whole wheat. The meat is so tender that it dissolves in your mouth while your taste buds enjoy the treat. One tray is 1.2kg and 2-3people can eat easily.
