About Hardy Yard Pizza - Leander Club Remenham Lane
“Best pizza I’ve ever tasted” so we’re told. Operating out of the infamous pizza shack in the yard of Leander Club, for a short time not a long time. At Hardy Yard our 12” pizzas are thin, crispy, slightly charred and full of flavour. Our dough is cold fermented for 48 hours with each pizza hand stretched to order. Using the best Italian plum tomatoes and Fior di Latte mozzarella. Our pizzas are not flooded with cheese as we allow the flavours of the sauce, dough and other ingredients to shine.
