About The Wild Dough - Oreston & Plymstock
Here at The Wild Dough, we offer Italian contemporary Neapolitan style pizzas, handcrafted daily in small batches, using the finest Italian and local British ingredients. We stone bake them to order from our custom built fully converted vintage Rice horse box from the late 70’s. Our dough is slowly fermented made using only 00 Italian flour, yeast, sea salt and water, this process gives our pizza a light and airy texture, and help to develop the characteristic flavour.
