Ragnar's Brisket Chilli with Chillies Pizza
Dollops of Ragnar's smokey brisket chilli and a sprinkle of green chillies. The brisket chilli is a 5 day labour of love. The brisket is brined and soaked in a rich marinade for 3 days. Then smoked in our big smoker for 9 hours before being placed in the adventurous chilli sauce for 24 hours on a very low heat. This is a flavour adventure. Not too spicy, just the right level of heat! Allergens: Wheat and gluten.
