Thao's Kitchen serves up some delicious, authentic and fresh Vietnamese food and coffees. Owner Thao - who started cooking for her family at the age of 12 - is proud to bring her extensive knowledge of Viet food to the people of Newcastle. Her banh mi baguettes will take your tastebuds to the streets of Vietnam, and her other traditional dishes will warm your soul. Thao also owned and ran a coffee shop in Vietnam for 12 years, and her knowledge and barista skills are second to none - if you haven't tried Vietnamese coffee yet, you won't be disappointed!
