About Noi Quattro Pizzeria - Manchester
Great PIZZA is simple: good ingredients on good dough. We focus on the dough and we top it with the finest ingredients from our country. Our dough contains a very low percentage of yeast and is slowly fermented which makes it really easy to digest. Following the proper Neapolitan tradition, our pizza is cooked in a wood oven built up for us in Napoli. NOI QUATTRO simply means “the four of us”. Noi Quattro will be the first traditional PIZZERIA ITALIANA in Manchester owned and run by Italians.
