Baity offers a small but rich variety of Palestinian dishes, cooked in exactly the way we would at home! It's all in the name, as Baity means 'home' in Arabic! Our cuisine introduces new flavours of sumac, roasting and grilling aubergines and best of all, the unique spice blends directly from Palestine. The menu will change seasonally, so expect dishes to disappear from time to time! From all of us here at Baity, sah-tayn! (Arabic for Salut!)
