About Mudbugs Creole Cuisine
‘MudBugs’ is Hillbilly slang for Crayfish but to us it means something more. Our food is made with lots of passion, fresh ingredients, and nothing more. Cooked old school, nice and slow - with fire and smoke. Louisiana Creole Food is a mixture of French, Spanish, West African and Native American cooking cuisine. Bold flavours & Slow cooked meats, all mixed up with American BBQ styles.
