Mr Pho - Corporation Street

Vietnamese noodle soup. Pho is a national noodle soup of Vietnam. The broth is made from beef and chicken bones which have been left to simmer for at least 6 hours. Served with linguine rice noodle and garnished with fresh herbs and bean sprouts.

Fresh summer rolls. 2 rolls. Rice paper wrapped with vermicelli noodles, lettuce, cucumber, mint, and coriander. Served with our special peanut sauce or fish sauce and Vietnamese dipping sauce.

Crispy spring rolls, 3 rolls. Crispy spring rolls filled with mushrooms, carrots, onions, and glass noodles. Served with lettuce, mint, coriander, and Vietnamese dipping sauce.

The Vietnamese baguette is baked daily and comes with mayonnaise and chilli oil as a base, then filled with a choice of filling.

North Vietnamese-style. Char-grilled marinated meat served with vermicelli noodles, mixed salad, and pickled vegetables topped with crispy shallots. Served with fish sauce.

Papaya salad. Shredded green papaya, mango, carrots, and mixed herbs.

Vietnamese spicy noodle soup. Bun hue is also a national dish with added shrimp paste, lemon grass, and chilli flakes. Served with thick vermicelli rice noodles.

All selected dishes are served with fish sauce.

Marinated meat with onions, spring onions, and rice paddy herbs in a coconut sauce. Served with jasmine rice.
