Yun’s signature cross-bridge rice noodles (a.k.a Guo Qiao Mi Xian). Chinese history dates this dish back 300 years ago which tells a story of a dedicated wife transporting rice noodles to her Imperial Scholar husband whilst he studied for his exams.
