Mixed vegetables cooked in medium spice. Similar to Shabjee Bhuna. This dish is tossed dry in a karahi (souk) to bring out the special taste.
This dish is cooked with lentils (split peas), sweet sour and hot, giving three distinct tastes it is served with a full portion of pulao rice.
Bangladeshi Shabjee Biryani
This dish is medium. The mixed vegetable is fried with the rice, hence mixing the two together, blending the flavours of spiced vegetables with the rice, special vegetable sauce is served with the biryani.
