Seriously tasty wood fired sourdough pizza, salads and sides run by street foodies Well Kneaded. Sustainability has been at the heart of their menus since their founding day in Wendy the vintage food truck back in 2011. We're talking local suppliers, high welfare meat and cheese, local supply chains, house-milling their own flour and the employment of young adults who have faced disadvantage.
Sustainable Sourdough Pizza (pre-heat your oven NOW to 180 for tastiest experience)
48-hour fermented sourdough made with house-milled ancient grains, Fior di Latte British Mozzarella and Strianese Tomato with local, seasonal, organic veg. Our meats and cheeses come from high welfare British producers. We are passionate about good pizza!
