About Tiger Biryani - Swiss Cottage
From the northwestern most region of Pakistan, centred around the ancient trading city of Peshawar comes a unique fragrant take on the rice dish called Biryani: Filling, healthy and packed with aromatic spices and scents, our Biryani consists of rice steamed together with aniseed, cinnamon, plums and other select ingrediets. We use sella biryani rice noted for its super long fluffy grains.
