About Di Stefano Pizza (Sourdough Stepney Green) - Stepney
Pizza Di Stefano comes from an experience grown during the years and since the young age of the Di Stefano’s Brothers Carmine & Angelo in Southern Italy where: Pizza, pasta, tomato, and mozzarella are the everyday needs. Our pizza raises with constant temperature and clean environment for 96h and double fermentation in order to achieve the maximum flavour and easy to digest. The ingredients are organic and fresh. Our goal is to bring the original Neapolitan tradition to the costumers table.
