Ekin in Turkish means the process from the moment a seed is planted to the moment it is harvested. This process represents abundance. We chose this name for the abundance of our food’s flavor. Since 1974, we have been using the same recipe and never compromising our quality for this reason. Mr. Ibrahim, our founder and master chef, meticulously manages our team at every stage of every meal.
