True Craft is based in an old Victorian pub in the bustling heart of South Tottenham. We believe that pizza and beer are the perfect match - 48hr proved sourdough pizzas alongside the best beers in the world. Our sourdough pizzas are crafted from a lighter, more flavoursome dough, made by hand on site every day and topped with ingredients from local suppliers. They are ideal for pairing with the varied and complex flavours of modern craft beers.
