From day one we have been utilising local producers to cut down on food miles, most of your ingredients have been made and sourced right here in London! We use a slow dough fermented over a minimum of 48 hrs to create a soft crust with a crispy char given by our 450 degree oven. Sustainable and thoughtful pizza.
