About Mama Booza - Parsons Green
Mama Booza offers homemade booza using natural ingredients made in very small batches from her home kitchen! Booza is a Lebanese ice cream that is egg free and has a beautiful texture that is a little stretchy thanks to two special ingredients, sahlab and natural mastic gum. Booza also has floral notes of rose and orange blossom waters. Our Sorbets are inspired by traditional Lebanese flavours and are vegan friendly!
