A soup-less ramen. Thick, bouncy ramen noodles on a sesame-oil based "tare" with lots of toppings. Make sure you mix well before eating. Comes with spring onions bean sprouts, crispy fried shallots, slow cooked pork shoulder, marinated bamboo shoots, very soft poached egg, shredded toasted seaweed, shredded pickled ginger and fine strings of vayenne pepper.
