Flamboree - Old Street delivery from Old Street

The bases at Flamboree are made with Alsatian wheat which is prized throughout France for its quality. With no yeast, the bases are rolled thin and baked quickly in 80 seconds in a custom gas-fired rotating deck oven to create a base that’s light and crispy, avoiding that heavy bloated feeling that can come from pizza. Spelt flour and gluten free bases are also available. The Flamboree menu includes its version of the classic tarte flambée, topped with Dingley Dell smoky bacon lardons, crème fraiche, red onions, Emmental, and herb aioli, plus several contemporary spins inspired by Neil’s travels around the world.
