Ria's is brought to you by husband and wife duo Ria (of course) and Dave. Serving delicious 'Detroit style' pizza, with slow fermented dough using organic regenerative flour milled in the heart of the Cotswolds. Our pizza's are baked to create a light pizza with crisp, chewy crusts. As with all 'Detroit style' pizza, it's the unique fried mozzarella crust "frico" that will have you coming back for more, we promise.
