Serving delicious 'Detroit style' pizza, with slow fermented dough using organic regenerative flour milled in the heart of the Cotswolds. Our pizza's are baked to create a light pizza with crisp, chewy crusts. As with all 'Detroit style' pizza, it's the unique fried mozzarella crust "frico" that will have you coming back for more, we promise.
