About Boundary Northwest Frontier
Boundary Northwest Frontier was a region of the British Indian Empire. Much of the Frontier was occupied by Ranjit Singh in the early 19th century and then taken over by the East India Company when it annexed the "Punjab" in 1849. Boundary unravels this delightful cuisine from Afghanisthan Pakistan and India after fine-tuning royal recipes to street snacks. “The most popular aspect of this cuisine is tandoor cooking. The food is cooked in rustic style on slow fire especially Daal and Meats.
