All tandoori dishes are marinated over night in a mixture of crushed, garlic, ginger, pounded chillies, cloves, coriander, mustard oil, yoghurt & chargrilled. Served with green salad.
All biryani's are served with side vegetable curry.
All balti dishes are freshly cooked with special balti spices & herbs. These dishes can be medium or hot.
All green masala dishes are cooked with fresh pureed coriander, tamarind, mint, green chillies & herbs - fairly hot.
