Renting has never been easier! Here's how it works: 1. Order: All items are available to rent for 4 days. 2. Have your ID ready, this will be checked upon delivery. 3. Look fabulous! 4. Return: Orders must be posted back within 4 days of delivery using the pre-paid returns label and bag provided. Doesn't fit? Don't worry! Unworn items with the security tag intact can be returned within 24 hours for a full refund. 1. Raise a Return request under "Order Help" in the Deliveroo app. 2. Post the item back as usual using the pre-paid label. 3. HURR will issue a refund once the order is received and processed, provided the above conditions are met.
