About Firebrand Pizza
Our pizzas are cooked in a wood fired oven and we use Caputo Flour from Naples, with dough proved for over 72 hours. The tomato sauce on the pizzas is made from San Marzano tomatoes, again from Naples, as is our 100% Fior Di Latte Mozzarella.
