A traditional Indian wedding style dish with saffron rice and your choice of protein, with delicate spices and herbs. Served with a choice of mild, medium, or hot vegetable curry sauce.

Topped with your choice of ghee butter or veg oil.

All rice can be prepared without ghee (butter) except for pilau rice.
