Bringing the spirit of Texas to Bermondsey, Texas Joe doesn't emulate the flavours of US BBQ – it's the real deal! We like to keep it simple and let the meat speak for itself;- with a little dry rub, our premium meats are smoked low-and slow the traditional Texan way, over oak logs, sourced sustainably.
