Chef Mak’s Special “Shaked” Noodles

A favourite of Chef Mak Lam, Mission Saigon’s creator. Bowls of wok-fried noodles with either satay-marinated chicken, grass-fed beef, or crispy tofu. Comes with mì xào sauce to pour over your noodles and stir through before eating.
