Skin-contact natural wine made from Mtsvane grapes macerated and aged in Qvevri, big terracotta amphorae traditional of the country of Georgia. This wine is a full-bodied hazy amber wine, an interesting complexity with a grippy yet balanced tannic finish.

The Iberian breed of pig, aka the 'Black Leg' pig (they are usually black in colour), has natural characteristics that mean it makes for outstanding cured cuts. The fat, which is distributed in ribbons throughout the meat, literally melts in your mouth. When the pigs have been bred in fields with oaks, the acorn oil gives the ham a unique, nutty flavour. This particular ham is from acorn-fed pigs and is cured for minimum 3 years in the Castro y González bodegas in Guijuelo. 50g Serves 1-2

Mammoth Beer - Primordial Pale (4.0%) 440ml
Primordial is a highly sessionable 4% hoppy pale ale with a bright and fruity aroma that gives way to a crisp and light body. Brewed with Norwegian super yeast Voss Kveik, the Simcoe-only hop character is supported by bready and stone fruit esters from the yeast. The addition of dextrin malt and flaked oats give the beer a body that balances the bitterness whilst retaining a lightness that inspires another sip. Primordial is unfiltered with a natural haze (meaning it is suitable for vegans)
