We pride ourselves on being one of the rare sourdough purists. This means that our sourdough making process is 100% natural. We don't add any fresh yeast to quicken the fermentation process. Every loaf takes 3 days before it is ready for baking.
White Sourdough 800g
Our White Sourdough loaf is made of 100% Organic White Flour from Cotswold. The loaf is made of flour, water and salt only. We are sourdough purists and we follow the authentic and lengthy fermentation. The loaf takes circa 3 days before it is ready for baking.
