All karahi dishes are coated with oriental spices, soft onion, tomato & capsicum in the traditional iron karahi & served sizzling hot.
These traditional dishes originated from Azad Kashmir Pakistan. Balti is the dish where the meal is freshly prepared then served preserving its natural taste to be consumed with a bread or rice. Served with naan.
All biryani are cooked in traditional saffron flavoured basmati rice garnished with cucumber & tomatoes, served with mixed vegetable curry.
