Welcome to Maize Blaze! We offer a fully gluten free menu of modern takes on Colombian dishes. Our Main Restaurants - MODERN COLOMBIAN CUISINE - feature a half meat and half veggie/vegan menu. For our Fully Vegan Menu head over to our VEGAN CLUB. Our menu is both fresh and comforting - there's always something for everyone!
