Our macronutrients aim is for the calories to come from atleast 65% fat and 25%-30% protein and less than 10% carbs (we try to keep it below 6%). Our products are also suitable for people who are diabetic. We don't use any sugar in our desserts. We use natural sweetners like Natvia, Stevia and erythrotil.
