'a Sora Lella is a local pizzaria based in the heart of Fulham producing the finest artisan sough-dough Pinsa-style Pizza in London. The original Pinsa recipe traces its origins back to the days of the Roman Empire. Today we use a mixture of rice, soy and wheat flour coupled with a 72hr maturation process that produces a light crispy texture and aromatic flavor. Combine this with the best Fior di latte mozzarella and the finest cured meats; we guarantee its the best pizza you've never tasted !
