Laksa - Regional Laksa

The famous Malaysian spicy soup noodle dish. The soup can either be a rich, curry and coconut milk base or a sour “asam” base. We slowly simmer halal chicken bones for over 8 hours to get a rich, flavoursome broth - the perfect base for all of our Laksa.
