Then you can carry on with our typical home-hand-made pastas, such as our authentic Anolini in Brodo or Tortelli d’Erbetta. At In Parma you can have the best Parma Ham and the best Parmesan Cheese because we import our products directly from the best small producers and only for our restaurant.
Most of the places use pasta machines to give shapes to different pastas. In here we use only our hands everyday in our kitchen.
Our Polenta comes only from Italian corn flour and it takes one long hour to make it by stirring continuously and patiently. The outcome is a soft polenta which is then served in 2 different recipes.
