Bun Bo Hue Spicy Noodle Soup 🍜
Similar to our Pho broth it is made in shop by slowly simmering beef bones and whole chickens for 7+ hours. Chili powder and chilli flakes are added along with shrimp paste to give the soup alot more spice.
