Banh Mi (Vietnamese Baguette)

Vietnamese Baguettes packed with pickled mooli and carrots, lettuce, cucumber, coriander, fried shallots, homemade sauce, mayo, chilli and a choice of protein.

Bang Bang Bao

Steamed fluffy white buns, served with pickled vegetables, spicy mayo (or sweet chilli sauce for tofu) and a choice of filling.

Pho

An 18hr broth slow boiled with corn fed chicken, beef brisket, ox tail and beef bone marrow. Served w/ flat rice noodles and a choice of protein.

Bun Hue

Same broth as the pho but with the addition of a homemade chilli paste that consists of dried shrimps and minced lemongrass to give it a good kick! Served with thick vermicelli noodles and a choice of protein.

Thit Nuong

Thin vermicelli noodles or jasmine rice, served with your choice of topping: salad, pickled vegetable, crispy shallots, roasted peanuts and a sweet and tangy fish sauce (or a homemade sweet soy sauce for tofu).
