These dishes are prepared Handi style. This is the authentic manner in which Northern Indians cook with a base gravy which is then finished to the final specifications of the requisite dish. Our Handis are prepared fresh daily.
All our breads are prepared fresh & baked on site. We knead & stretch & fold our beautiful dough daily. Be it Indian or any other kind of bread, nothing beats the smell & taste of freshly baked bread.
