Very popular Sri Lankan street food. Kothu Parotta is made of chopped flatbread (parotta) stor fried with fried egg, onions, herbs, green chillies and spices, along with a choice of mutton, chicken, prawn or vegetables.
Puttu is an authentic breakfast dish of kerala but can be a lunch or dinner dish. It is made of steamed cylinders of ground rice layered with coconut. It is a healthy option as it is steamed dish. Served with our best combinations for lunch and dinner.
