These dishes are prior marinated in yoghurt, light spices & then cooked in a tandoor clay oven. All served with a side salad and a mint sauce.
The fish we use is a popular fish from the waters of Bangladesh called Pangash.
This is a combination of stir fried basmati rice & mix vegetable curry to accompany.
Cooked with special selection of herbs & spices to produce a rich curry, served with nan bread.
