We are an independent pizzeria serving up a delightful array of Pinsa Romana-style pizza. A 72hr maturation makes the dough very light and crispy and easier to digest. Among our classics like Prosciutto & Funghi and Margaret with Bufala mozzarella you can also find some unique takes like the St Paolo, a rich gorgonzola base with roasted Chestnut mushrooms and truffle oil or the vegan Easy V with Butternut Squash base and roasted vegetables.
