The name says it all. Ivan Ramen from chef Ivan Orkin is the product of years of culinary training, the study of the Japanese language and literature, and a couple of stints living in Japan. He opened two lauded Ivan Ramens there to critical acclaim before bringing the concept to New York and now, finally, London.
