Uramaki Sets
Uramaki- also known as “inside out rolls” because the seaweed goes on the inside, while the rice on the outside. We offer a wide range of Uramaki, from the more traditional as the Salmon&Avocado to more colorful ones such as the rainbow.

Hosomaki Sets
The hosomaki are the classic sushi rolls. They are smaller than the uramaki, because they contain less rice. Also, in contrast with the nigiri, the algae is outside, covering the rice and forming the sushi roll.
